Nigerian sprinter and World Record holder, Tobi Amusan, kicked off her Paris Olympics journey with an impressive win in the heats of the women’s 100m hurdles.

Amusan showcased her dominance by clocking a solid 12.49s despite starting from lane 9, as reported by makingofchamps.com.

Alysha Johnson finished second with a time of 12.61s, while Janeek Brown secured the third spot with a time of 12.84s.

This marks Amusan’s third consecutive appearance at the Olympic Games.
