The family of the late Onyeka Onwenu has revealed that they plan to lay her to rest before the end of this month.
This information was shared during a condolence visit by a team from the Musical Society of Nigeria at her residence in Ikoyi, Lagos.

The delegates, led by Orits Wiliki, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of MCSN, were received by Onwenu’s sons, Abram and Tjiani.
They expressed their commitment to honoring their mother’s wishes by organizing her burial in the near future.
According to them, the specific details of the burial arrangements will be announced shortly.
