Afrobeats star Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, has arrived in his hometown of Benin, Edo State, in preparation for his highly anticipated homecoming concert.

Mavin, his record label, posted a video of his arrival on X.com, with the caption: “Benin, your illustrious son; The Prince of Afrobeats – Rema is Home!”

The concert is set for August 30 at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium and was first announced by Rema in July.
This event follows the cancellation of a previous attempt to host him in December 2023 due to health issues.
