Ahead of the Edo State governorship election, another video has surfaced online that captures the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Monday Okpebholo making a promise to Edo residents.
In the short video, Okpebholo made a statement that is fast going viral.

He said: ‘health care center will come to this community to build health care center’
The statement which is obviously wrong, is coming after the APC flag bearer made a promise during one of his recent campaign of him and his party providing ‘insecurity’ to the people if elected.
