Former President Olusegun Obasanjo arrived in Minna, the Niger State capital, on Sunday evening and proceeded directly to the hilltop residence of former Military President Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB).

Sources indicated that Obasanjo landed in Minna around 4:15 p.m. on a chartered flight from Benin City, where he had attended the 90th birthday celebration of Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, the Esama of Benin Kingdom.
At General Babangida’s residence, Obasanjo was joined by other prominent figures, including former Head of State General Abdulsalami Abubakar (rtd) and former National Security Adviser General Aliyu Gusau (rtd).
