Supporters of former Rivers State governor and current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, held a protest in Port Harcourt on Saturday, urging the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC) to comply with a recent High Court judgment concerning the ongoing local government elections.

The protesters, carrying placards with slogans such as “Obey Court Order” and “No Justice, No Election,” voiced their frustration over the handling of the elections and demanded that RSIEC suspend the process and adhere to the court’s ruling.
