The Exact Moment Two-Storey Building Collapsed In Lagos [VIDEO]

A two-storey building on Amusu Street in the Orile Iganmu area of Lagos State collapsed in the early hours of Monday.

According to a video circulating online, the building gave way, causing nearby residents to flee for safety.

Mr. Nosa Okunbor, Head of the Public Affairs Unit at the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), confirmed that there were no casualties in the collapse, as reported by the News Agency of Nigeria.

In a statement, Okunbor stated that the building collapsed on its own around 8:45 a.m.

“LASEMA Response Teams in Search and Rescue Operation is at a self-collapsed building on Amusu Street, Baale Bus Stop, Orile Iganmu.

“No casualties and updates to follow,” he said
