Vice President Kashim Shettima has arrived in Sweden for a two-day work visit focused on enhancing trade and bilateral relations between the two countries, according to his spokesman.
In a statement issued late Wednesday, Stanley Nkwocha explained that the visit, requested by President Bola Tinubu, will involve high-level discussions with key government officials.

The Vice President is also scheduled to meet with Crown Princess Victoria and the Swedish Prime Minister.
Nkwocha highlighted several areas for strengthened collaboration, including ICT, digitalization, education, sustainable transport, agriculture, and mining.
The Vice President is expected to return to Nigeria on Saturday, the statement concluded.
