The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike has hinted at what could possibly happen in 2027 election in Rivers State.
Wike while speaking during a luncheon on Saturday in honour of the 10th Rivers State Assembly in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital stated that local government election is not a general election.

He said “You think we will allow you to carry result sheet to government house and then announce it without scores?”
Wike’s comments are directed at Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
The local government election was held recently in Rivers State which Wike and his camp kicked against.
