Recent polling data from AtlasIntel, released Thursday, shows Trump holding a narrow lead of one to two percentage points over Harris. Meanwhile, a separate poll from TIPP Insights indicates the two candidates are currently tied.
A survey by the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research highlights that around 70% of Americans feel anxious or frustrated about the election, with enthusiasm remaining low.
Although both Democrats and Republicans share these sentiments, Democrats report more anxiety overall.

The survey shows that 80% of Democrats and 77% of Republicans are following the campaign closely, though only 54% of independents share this interest. Notably, 79% of Democrats report feeling anxious, compared to 66% of Republicans.
According to FiveThirtyEight’s National Polls tracker, Harris maintains a narrow national lead of about 1.2 points as of Thursday, though her advantage has been decreasing and remains within the margin of error, indicating a tightly contested race.
In key battleground states, which could decide the election outcome, the competition is especially fierce.
In states like Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Nevada, poll trackers reveal close margins. FiveThirtyEight shows Harris leading by a slim 0.8 points in Michigan, though she has fallen behind in Nevada, where Trump now leads by 0.3 points.
In Wisconsin, Harris’s lead has narrowed to 0.6 points from 0.8 on Wednesday.
On the other hand, Trump has slightly widened his lead in Pennsylvania from 0.4 to 0.7 points. His lead in North Carolina has returned to last week’s margin of 1.4 points.
Trump also holds leads in Arizona, where he is up by 2.4 points, and in Georgia, where he leads by 1.8 points.
