The body of the late Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja, is scheduled to arrive in Abuja from Lagos on Thursday.

Upon arrival, the body will be given a guard of honor and escorted down a red carpet, passing in front of Nigeria’s top military leadership, before being placed in an ambulance for transportation to its final resting place.
The late COAS will be laid to rest on Friday at the National Military Cemetery in Abuja.
