Okpebholo Swears In New SSG, Attorney-General

The Governor of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo, has officially sworn in the new Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and the State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice.

Musa Ikhilor, a lawyer, took office as the SSG, while Samson Osagie, also a lawyer, was sworn in as the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice.

The ceremony, held on Wednesday, followed the governor’s announcement of their nominations on Tuesday.

In his address, Governor Okpebholo urged the new appointees to support his vision of delivering good governance to the people of Edo, emphasizing his commitment to serving the state.

Both Ikhilor and Osagie expressed their dedication to assisting the governor in providing practical governance, promising to use their expertise and experience to serve the people of Edo to the best of their abilities.
