Access Bank Speaks On Alleged N500m Missing From Customer’s Account

Access Bank PLC has strongly denied allegations of missing funds from customer accounts, reaffirming its commitment to ethical banking and the security of customer deposits.

The bank’s statement comes in response to a video circulating on social media, which claimed unethical practices and missing funds associated with the institution.

In its official response, Access Bank assured customers that their funds remain safe and secure, stressing the integrity of its operations.

The bank dismissed the allegations as unfounded, noting that both internal investigations and independent industry assessments found no evidence to substantiate the claims.

“In the instant case, the allegations of missing funds in the bank are most untrue and baseless. There is no N500 million or any other fund or amount missing from the subject customer’s account or from any other customer’s account with us. 

“We and other independent stakeholders in the banking industry have thoroughly investigated these allegations and independently arrived at the same conclusions,” the bank added.

  1. The complainant should also get expert to open the deceased email attached to the account thats one of the fastest ways to know who is saying the truth. Because some banks officials are corrupt. And can do anything possible with a deceased customer’s account.
