On Monday, President Bola Tinubu appointed eight new permanent secretaries in the Federal Civil Service to fill vacancies in various states and geopolitical zones.
According to a statement from Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the appointment followed a thorough selection process recommended by the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.

This marks the second round of permanent secretaries appointed by President Tinubu, following the first batch in June, which included appointees from Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bauchi, Jigawa, Ondo, Zamfara, as well as the South East and South-South regions.
