Lady Who Retired As DSP After 35 Years Of Service In Nigerian Police Force Shares Touching Story Of What She Was Paid As Gratuity [VIDEO]

A lady who joined the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) when was close to 16 years has shared a touching story after her retirement from service.

According to her, she retired in 2018 as a DSP after 35 years of service in the Nigerian Police Force.

The touching part of her story was when she mentioned the total amount she was paid as gratuity after her 35 years service.

She revealed that she was paid a sum of N1.7m as gratuity and subsequently she started receiving N40,000 as monthly pension.

She further criticised the contributory pension scheme calling it ‘dirty’.
