Despite a state government ban on rallies, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan was greeted with a large and enthusiastic homecoming by supporters and residents in Ihima, Kogi State, on Tuesday.
Starting at 8 a.m., her supporters from across the five local government areas she represents gathered in Ihima, Okehi Local Government Area, to welcome her.

Local musicians provided entertainment while they waited for her arrival.
She arrived by white helicopter, to the cheers and applause of the assembled crowd.
