Saraki Attends Arsenal, Real Madrid Champions League Quarterfinal Match In London [PHOTOS]

Former Nigerian Senate President, Bukola Saraki, was present at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night to witness Arsenal’s Champions League quarterfinal first leg against Real Madrid.

Saraki, a well-known Arsenal supporter, confirmed his attendance via a Facebook post, expressing his excitement for the match.

As a former governor of Kwara State, Saraki is also a significant figure in Nigerian football development.

He founded Abubakar Bukola Saraki Football Club (ABS FC), a professional team based in Ilorin, Kwara State, that currently plays in the Nigeria National League (NNL).

Arsenal enjoys a large and passionate fanbase in Nigeria, bolstered by the presence of iconic players like Nwankwo Kanu and the club’s consistent participation in European competitions.

Prominent Nigerian business leaders, including Aliko Dangote and Tony Elumelu, are also known Arsenal supporters.
