In the photo, Akpabio is seen standing close to Bianca.

It is not known when this photo was taken but Akpabio recently led a delegation to Pope Francis funeral with Bianca being one of the members of the delegation.
Nigerians have been reacting to the photo with some warning Akpabio about Bianca.
This warning is coming amidst the sexual harassment allegations levelled against Akpabio by Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan.
