Former Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani, has criticized those who admire Burkina Faso’s junta leader, Ibrahim Traore, for fraudulently using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to exaggerate his accomplishments.
In a post on his X handle on Sunday morning, Sani described Traore as a president who is emulating the governance style of the late revolutionary Marxist leader Thomas Sankara.

However, he condemned the use of AI to inflate Traore’s success story since he came to power.
“Ibrahim Traore is not Thomas Sankara. He is, however, following the footsteps of the late revolutionary Marxist leader in trying to rebuild his country.
“The use of AI to fraudulently promote or exaggerate his actions or achievements is needless. Whether this is done by his admirers or foes, it’s totally wrong and misleading,” he said.
