Hulk Hogan’s Cause Of Death Revealed

Wrestling icon Terry Bollea, famously known as Hulk Hogan, died from a heart attack, according to a new report from the Pinellas County Forensic Science Centre in Florida.

Page Six reported on Thursday that the 71-year-old former WWE superstar’s death was caused by an acute myocardial infarction, which is a sudden blockage of blood flow to the heart.

The report also revealed that Hogan had a history of atrial fibrillation (irregular heartbeats) and was battling chronic lymphocytic leukemia, a type of blood cancer—a condition that was not previously public knowledge.

The medical examiner officially ruled the manner of death as natural.

According to the cremation summary approval report, Hogan went into cardiac arrest at his Clearwater, Florida, home on July 24.

He was then taken to Morton Plant Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A spokesperson for the medical examiner’s office told Page Six that while a request for cremation had been received, a date for the cremation had not yet been finalized.
