The video captures the moment some residents of Osun State took to a new road constructed by Governor Ademola Adeleke celebrating in form of a rally.
The celebration rally was done by people of Imesi-Ile Community in Osun State.
The video has drawn reactions on social media with many condemning the act while adding that road construction by a Government shouldn’t be celebrated in such manner.
