EFCC Storms Hotel In Obasanjo Library, Arrests Suspected Internet Fraudsters [VIDEO]

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) reportedly stormed the Green Legacy Hotel, located within the premises of the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library in Abeokuta, Ogun State, arresting youths suspected of being internet fraudsters.

The raid occurred in the early hours of Sunday during a pool party.

According to reports, the operatives, allegedly from the Lagos directorate, arrested a number of youths and seized over 20 luxury cars and other valuable items.

While the EFCC has yet to officially confirm the development, the Managing Director of the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library Ventures, Vitalis Ortese, confirmed the incident.

He did not provide further details but stated, “There was an incident this morning. We will find out and we will let you know.”
