President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointments of Ms. Rinsola Abiola as the Director-General of the Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre and Nasir Bala Aminu Ja’oji as the Senior Special Assistant on Citizenship and Leadership.
Abiola, a “seasoned expert in strategic communication and government relations,” described the appointment as “an honour and a call to service.”
She stated, “I am grateful to President Tinubu for this trust, and I am committed to advancing the vision of the CLTC in shaping responsible, capable, and patriotic citizens.”

Ja’oji, who is “widely recognised for his advocacy for women and youth empowerment,” pledged to focus on initiatives that inspire new leaders.
He said, “My priority will be to create opportunities for youth and women to develop their leadership skills and contribute meaningfully to national progress.”
According to a statement from presidential adviser Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu “is confident the appointees would bring fresh energy and dedication to their new roles.”
Onanuga added, “The President believes Ms. Abiola and Mr. Ja’oji have the capacity, experience, and commitment required to drive leadership development and civic engagement in the country.”
