EFCC Declares Atiku’s Son-In-Law Wanted

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared businessman Abdullahi Bashir Haske, who is the son-in-law of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, wanted for alleged criminal conspiracy and money laundering.

In a notice issued by the commission’s Head of Media and Publicity, Dele Oyewale, the EFCC appealed to the public for information on his whereabouts.

The notice read, “The public is hereby notified that ABDULLAHI BASHIR HASKE, whose photograph appears above, is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in an alleged case of Criminal Conspiracy and Money Laundering.”

Haske, 38, whose photograph was released by the anti-graft agency, was last known to reside at addresses in Ikoyi and Victoria Island, Lagos.

The EFCC urged Nigerians to provide credible information to any of its offices nationwide, which are located in major cities including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Kano.

The commission also noted that information could be shared via its telephone line or email address.
