In the video, the airport staff who seemed to have finished his business inside the plane decided to step down from the plane.
Unfortunately, he fell down due to a miscommunication between him and his colleagues controlling the stairs of the plane.
His colleagues controlling the stairs moved it away from the position that would have made him step down without falling down.
