The video captures a moment during the Nigerian Senate screening of INEC Chairman nominee Joash Amupitan.
During the screening, Senator Seriake Dickson made a comment that nobody contested the results of the last presidential election conducted in Ghana.
Akpabio responded by saying that Jonathan didn’t also contest the results of the presidential election conducted by INEC in 2015 and that INEC was improving.

Senator Dickson and Senator Ningi then reminded Akpabio that the election in 2015 was conducted under a PDP president.
Akpabio fired back mocking PDP ending his response by asking Dickson, “Who’s going to sign your form”?
