This video captures a lady exiting a car in a tight black dress with a very high slit.
As she steps out, the dress rides up, exposing her hip and part of her buttock.

She is seen adjusting the dress repeatedly while walking awkwardly toward a building entrance marked “ENTER TOTALLY SOBER,” with onlookers nearby.
This could be a deliberate act from her or a wardrobe malfunction in public.
