The US Department of War has released footage capturing a U.S. submarine torpedoing and sinking an Iranian warship in the Indian Ocean.
The incident represents the first time an enemy vessel has been destroyed by torpedo since World War II.

Speaking on the development, Secretary of War Hegseth stated, “Just as it was during that war — when we were still known as the War Department — we are fighting to win.”
