The video captures the moment a lady failed to cross a gutter (drainage) flowing with water from a downpour.
The gutter was built for the road to channel flood water.
A man made the first attempt to get pass the gutter and had a successful jump.

The lady was next and she fell inside the gutter which was flowing with water.
She got carried by the flood in the gutter and was seen battling to get herself out.
