BREAKING: Israel Air Strike Kills Another Hamas Commander, Wife, Two Daughters

The Palestinian militant group Hamas reported that one of its commanders, Saeed Attallah Ali, along with his wife and two daughters, were killed by an Israeli airstrike in the Beddawi refugee camp in northern Lebanon on Saturday.

This marked the first time the area had been targeted since the Gaza conflict began.

Hamas stated that Israel has continuously targeted its officials in Lebanon since the war started nearly a year ago.

The group has reported the deaths of at least 18 of its militants in Lebanon during this period.

On Monday, an Israeli airstrike reportedly killed Hamas leader in Lebanon, Fatah Sharif Abu al-Amine, in his home in the Al-Bass camp in southern Lebanon.

In August, another strike in Sidon, southern Lebanon, killed Hamas commander Samer al-Hajj.

Earlier, in January, a strike, attributed to Israel by a U.S. defense official, killed Hamas deputy leader Saleh al-Aruri and six other militants in Hezbollah’s stronghold in southern Beirut.

Lebanon’s Palestinian refugee camps, established after the 1948 war during Israel’s creation, are traditionally left under the control of Palestinian factions, with the Lebanese army refraining from entering them.
