Fayose Announces Himself As New PDP National Chairman, Suspends Atiku, Wike, Makinde, Others [VIDEO]

Isaac Fayose, the brother of former Ekiti governor Ayo Fayose has announced himself as the new National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

This is coming amidst the political crises rocking the Party.

The party saw a spate of suspensions  yesterday with key political figures like the national chairman, legal adviser, secretary and the spokesman involved in cross fire suspensions between factions of the National Working Committee (NWC).

Fayose took to popular social media platform X to announce himself as new national chairman of PDP while also announcing the suspension of Atiku Abubakar, Nyesom Wike, Ayo Fayose, Governor Seyi Makinde, other G5 members, and other PDP chieftains.

Although the declaration of Fayose carries no weight, his video has elicited reactions on X.
