Rwanda Vs Nigeria Full Time Match Report

The Super Eagles have revitalized their 2026 World Cup qualification hopes with a 2-0 victory over Rwanda.

Victor Osimhen’s first-half double secured the crucial three points for Nigeria.

Osimhen’s goals came in the 11th minute, connecting with an Ademola Lookman free-kick, and in the third minute of added time, following a solo run.

This victory propelled Nigeria from fifth to fourth place in Group C, with 6 points, trailing Rwanda by one point, Benin Republic by two, and South Africa by four.

Nigeria is set to host Zimbabwe in Uyo on Tuesday, aiming to secure another victory and climb further up the group table.
