JAMB has released the results for the 2025 UTME, but 39,834 candidates’ results are being withheld due to examination irregularities.
Over 1.9 million candidates participated in the exam.
JAMB also reported that 80 individuals are being interrogated for exam fraud nationwide, with Anambra State having the highest number of suspects (14).
JAMB Registrar, Professor Ishaq Oloyede, announced this on Friday during the official release.
He also noted that while 467 underage candidates achieved the minimum required score, 50 were involved in cheating.
Here’s how to check your UTME results:
Online:
- Go to the official JAMB result-checking portal.
- Enter either the phone number you used during registration or your registration number.
- Click “Check My Results.” Your result will appear immediately. You can take a screenshot or print it.
Via SMS:
- Send a text message containing
UTMERESULTto55019using the phone number associated with your JAMB registration. Ensure you have at least ₦50 airtime. - You will receive your JAMB score as an SMS within a few minutes. If you don’t get a response, try again later.
After receiving your result, you will need to log in to the JAMB portal to print your result slip.
