What Fubara Did To Ibas

In his statewide broadcast upon resuming office on Friday, the reinstated Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, avoided mentioning the name of Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (rtd), Sole Administrator of the state.
