There has been a fire outbreak at a section of the Rivers State Secretariat Complex in Port Harcourt.
The cause of the fire is not known as details are being awaited.
This incident is coming just few weeks after the end of Emergency Rule and reinstatement of Siminalayi Fubara as Governor.
