Former US Vice President Dick Cheney Dies At 84

Former United States Vice President Dick Cheney has passed away at the age of 84.

The family of the Republican politician, who served as deputy to President George W. Bush from 2001 to 2009, announced his death on Tuesday.

โ€œHis beloved wife of 61 years, Lynne, his daughters, Liz and Mary, and other family members were with him as he passed,โ€ the statement read, noting that Cheney died from complications of pneumonia and cardiac and vascular disease.
