Dangote Refinery Slashes Petrol Price To N699 Per Litre

The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced another reduction in its petrol gantry price, cutting the ex-depot rate from N828 to N699 per litre.

Real-time market data published on Petroleumprice.ng on Friday indicated that the refinery implemented a significant downward review of its Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) benchmark price.

This slash amounts to N129 per litre, representing a 15.58 per cent reduction.

An official of the refinery, who chose to speak to PUNCH under the condition of anonymity due to a lack of authorization, confirmed the price adjustment.

He offered a simple quoted statement:“The refinery has reduced petrol gantry price to N699 per litre.”

The new price took effect on December 11, 2025, marking the 20th petrol price adjustment announced by the Dangote Refinery this year.
