A video captures the moment a man confronted two individuals who were attempting to put up a political banner.
The banner featured the faces of President Bola Tinubu and the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat.
In the footage, the man who appears to be not a supporter of Tinubu or APC can be heard questioning the two individuals about why they were placing the banner.
The men responded by informing him that they were simply acting on instructions.
