NDC Approves Key Appointments

The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has officially named Agada Abuh Theophilus as its new Director of New Media and Strategic Communications, alongside Brian Dennis, who will serve as the Deputy Director for the same division.

The announcement came via an official release from Osa Director, the party’s National Publicity Secretary.

The statement noted:“The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has approved the appointments of Agada Abuh Theophilus as Director of New Media and Strategic Communications, and Brian Dennis as Deputy Director of New Media and Strategic Communications

Theophilus brings a robust background to the role as a strategic communications specialist with a proven track record spanning institutional public relations, political campaigns, corporate brand management, and new media.

He is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, possesses a Master’s degree in Development Communications, and is currently working toward a PhD centered on election administration and management.

Dennis is described as a communications analyst who brings seven years of expertise in political and strategic communications to the table.

He also holds a Master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution.

According to the NDC, these new leadership roles are designed to reinforce the party’s communication framework and foster deeper connections with Nigerian citizens across multiple media platforms.
