#EkitiDecides2026: PDP Wins First Polling Unit

Wole Oluyede, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has secured victory at Polling Unit 002, Ward 03, Ugele/Akoru, in the Ikere Local Government Area of the state.

Oluyede, who is competing against the incumbent Governor Biodun Oyebanji of the All Progressives Congress (APC), polled 119 votes, while the APC followed closely with 113 votes.

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) garnered two votes, while the National Rescue Movement (NRM) recorded one vote. Two ballots were declared void at the unit.
