A viral video has surfaced capturing the emotional moment twenty prospective National Youth Service Corps members regained their freedom after spending seven days in captivity.
The footage shows the victims emerging from a forested area in Amakohia Ubi Village, located within the Owerri West Local Government Area of Imo State.
These twenty individuals were initially intercepted and abducted on October 1, 2026, while traveling in transit buses from Oyo State toward their primary assignments before security forces secured their release.
