DG DSS Set To Submit Resignation To Tinubu

Yusuf Bichi, the Director-General of the Department of State Services, is set to submit his resignation to President Bola Tinubu on Monday.

According to sources at the Yellow House, Bichi informed his close aides of his decision upon returning to the office this afternoon.

Sources indicate that the president may select a replacement from among the current assistant directors.

Mr. Bichi was appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari on September 14, 2018, to succeed Matthew Seiyefa, who had been serving in an acting role.
