Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar met with the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi in Katsina.
The duo attended the burial of Hajiya Dada, the mother of the late former President Musa Yar’Adua.

They were spotted together in a photo that surfaced online.
Obi was Atiku’s running mate in 2019 presidential election under the platform of the PDP.
In 2023, Obi contested for the presidency under the platform of LP while Atiku was the flag bearer of the PDP.

Obi, Atiku lost the presidential election to Bola Tinubu.
The PDP recently revealed that the party is in talks with Obi, Kwankwaso.
Rabiu Kwankwaso was the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP)
Both Obi and Kwankwaso left PDP in the run up to the 2023 elections to contest under different parties.
