Nollywood actress and media personality Toke Makinwa has declared that she will not alter her lifestyle despite the country’s economic challenges.
With Nigeria facing severe economic difficulties and some citizens preparing for protests against poor governance and worsening financial conditions, Makinwa has shared a video on her Instagram account asserting her resolve to maintain her standard of living.
She emphasized that, with God and her father supporting her, she refuses to settle for less no matter how tough the situation becomes.
In the video, Toke Makinwa is heard saying, “I told you, all my friends and loved ones in this season, no matter how tough the economy of the jungle gets, the lion will never eat grass. We are the children of the lion of the tribe of Judah. Do you know what that means?”
“I don’t care what the economy is saying, we don’t settle for less. Do you know who our father is? We get backing. God does not come late. Do you know who my father is?”
