BREAKING: Protesters Desert Abuja National Stadium, Make Fresh Move

The EndBadGovernance protesters in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, have vacated the Moshood Abiola Stadium and regrouped at the popular Berger Roundabout.

An FCT High Court had issued an order on Wednesday, directing the protesters to confine their demonstrations to the stadium.

Complying with the order, the protesters initially gathered at the stadium on Thursday but resisted attempts by security operatives to keep them inside the venue.

Following reports of harassment of other protesters at Eagles Square, the group left the stadium and marched in large numbers to Berger Roundabout.

Upon their arrival, police officers stationed at the location repeatedly used tear gas to disperse them.
