BREAKING: Kogi Governor Appoints Thousands Of Additional Aides

Kogi State Governor Alhaji Usman Ododo has approved the appointment of 1,192 new aides.

A statement issued on Monday by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Folashade Ayoade, detailed the appointments, which include Yakubu Abdulhakeem as the Executive Secretary of the Kogi State Office for Disability, 165 Senior Special Assistants, and 36 Special Assistants.

Additionally, the list features 574 Ward Special Assistants and 290 Local Government Special Assistants.

The governor also appointed Alhaji Ibrahim Abdulsadiq as the Director of Protocol in the Office of the First Lady, along with several other aides.

Governor Ododo extended his congratulations to all appointees and encouraged them to dedicate themselves to serving the state and its people.

According to Ayoade, all appointments are effective from September 1, 2024.
