Moment SDP Governorship Candidate Ajaka Was Attacked At Supreme Court (VIDEO)

The video captures the moment the governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Murtala Ajaka was attacked at the supreme court.

This incident happened after the Supreme Court affirmed the election of Usman Ododo of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as winner of the Kogi State governorship election which held on November 11, 2023.

The affirmation came after the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal by Murtala Ajaka, the Social Democratic Party candidate who contested the election results.

In a unanimous judgment, the court upheld the Court of Appeal’s decision from May 27, which confirmed Mr. Ododo’s election.

The five-man panel found that Ajaka’s claims of significant non-compliance with the Electoral Act were unsubstantiated.

Additionally, the court ruled that allegations of age falsification and certificate forgery were pre-election issues and should have been addressed in the Federal High Court.

Consequently, Ajaka’s appeal was rejected as lacking merit.
