Arsenal staged a dramatic comeback, scoring twice in stoppage time to secure a thrilling victory over Leicester City.
A Wilfred Ndidi own goal in the 94th minute and a close-range strike from Kai Havertz in the ninth minute of stoppage time denied Leicester a well-deserved point at the Emirates Stadium, after they had fought back from a two-goal deficit in the second half.
Gabriel Martinelli had given Arsenal a deserved lead in the first half, steering home Jurrien Timber’s cross, before setting up Leandro Trossard for the second goal just before halftime.

Leicester had only managed a single touch in the Arsenal area before the break, but they got back into the game just over a minute into the second half when James Justin’s header from Facundo Buonanotte’s free kick deflected off Havertz and into the net.
Justin then equalized spectacularly shortly after the hour mark, connecting with Ndidi’s left-wing cross with a swerving volley that found the net via the inside of the post.
Although Arsenal appeared briefly rattled by Leicester’s resurgence, they regained their composure.
Leicester’s goalkeeper Mads Hermansen made two brilliant saves to keep the Foxes level, denying Havertz with a point-blank stop and later saving Trossard’s shot, even after misplacing the ball in his own area.
However, Trossard’s late attempt was deflected in by Ndidi, setting the stage for Havertz to add a final touch from close range to complete the scoring.
This victory positions Arsenal level on points with Manchester City, who could be surpassed by Liverpool if they defeat Wolves in Saturday’s late match.
