Uzodinma Nwafor of the Action Alliance (AA) has been declared the winner of the chairmanship election held on October 5 in Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The Chairman of the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC), Adolphus Enebeli, made the announcement on Sunday in Port Harcourt, the state capital.

He also confirmed that the Action Peoples Party (APP) secured all 19 councillorship positions in Etche LG.
Recall that the Action Peoples Party (APP) won in 22 of the 23 LGAs announced on Satuday.
