The chairmanship candidates in the just concluded loca government election who were declared elected in Rivers State have received their certificates of return.
The Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC) presented the certificates to the elected candidates.

The Action Peoples Party (APP) won in 22 LGs while the Action Alliance (AA) won in one.
