Elected Chairmanship Candidates In Rivers LG Election Receive Certificate Of Return [VIDEO]

The chairmanship candidates in the just concluded loca government election who were declared elected in Rivers State have received their certificates of return.

The Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC) presented the certificates to the elected candidates.
